Appealing a moderation decision

When we remove a review, photo, or other content item you've posted, we'll make sure to tell you why in a simple message. You can then edit your content to meet the standards set out in our guidelines or appeal the decision to remove your content if you don’t agree with our moderation decision.

2. Out-of-court dispute settlement/UK contract claims

If you're in the European Union and we've applied “content actions” to your content or account as described in our content standards and guidelines, you can raise a dispute through an out-of-court dispute settlement provider. If you wish to do so, check a list of such providers, and visit each provider’s website for more information on how their process works. Their decisions are not binding to us. Otherwise, we’re not obliged to submit to any alternative dispute resolution procedures handled by independent providers.
