Excellent staff -- welcoming, friendly, always helpful and polite. Excellent location, so much within walking distance. Great place to stay to explore the city. The bed was comfortable, and we were on a high floor with no street noise. Felt very safe at all times.

Literally one of the best hotels in the city! The stuff was great The cleanliness was way better for any other hotel that I was stayed in NYC and the breakfast it.was a great surprise for us who used to NOT eat breakfast cause almost no other hotel offers you that deal! Also they gave us complimentary drinks each day that we spend there! I loved it!! Definitely, we ll go again
