There is always something to do here. The drawbacks are pretty simple: it is packed with people. So if you want seclusion, this is not your place. While there are many nice restaurants, I've never gotten a great meal here.Turner - 10Scored 10

Beautiful and clean.I loved all the friendly people.Enjoyed all the museums etc…they were everywhere you looked and a great outside look of the great smoky mountains!Also just next door to us was a Flap-Jack restaurant my granddaughter loved!It seemed like the main road took you through three fabulous cities and with great attractions everywhere you looked.We had loads of fun! I would highly recommend this beautiful area in Tennessee.Debora

Plenty of space, very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was amazing! Because it is in the downtown area, parking is a smidge tight if you drive a larger vehicle (we do), but the hotel has a good number of reserved spots, so there is always a spot available.
