There was no breakfast It was highly upsetting Paying for overnight parking is ridiculous after how much money I paid to book the hotel And check in at 4pm? That’s ridiculous Check in time should be earlier than that and then having to pay a fee just to get in early is a rip off

    The elevator broke down (we heard it does often) and we were on the 7th floor I'm 80 years old with a hip issue, we asked to be moved to the 1st floor but NO, so we got room on the 2nd floor but it was still very difficult to use 2 fights of stairs. The bathtub was very slippery and the floor sticky. The location was great but I don't think I will be back there.

    it was just a room. Beds hard, Small. Fairly clean. We paid for a delux room and when we got to the room it was not a delux. The person who checked us in said nothing about it not being delux. She could not give us any kind of refund and said we had to contact Booking.com.

    THEIVES!!!

    THEIVES!!! A global oandemic canceled my vacation and they still kept my money. I lost my job. I will not be taking this vacation . I have over over 5K on this trip and will.probably lose my home i lost my job...but no refund..no exceptions Sad.

    Schiller Park was close to the airport for our needs. For visitors to Chicago for entertainment and events? Too far to move among traffic to the downtown areas and to return to hotels if using ground transportation.

    Nice and clean. Staff was nice. Beware, there is a $20 fee you're charged at check-in for incidentals. Not sure what that means. I bring my own shampoo and soap. Perhaps I should have charged them the $20 for bringing my own incidentals.

    Wow..this place is sweet..they have a forest reserve that...

    Wow..this place is sweet..they have a forest reserve that you can get out too! Biking, hiking,soooo much you can do and it's clean!! The architecture of the houses really stood out for me! We also visited a fantastic record store not far from our hotel Rolling Stones record shop..good stuff.We also ate at Tacos Locos..I haven't had tacos with potatoes in them for years....and they were not disappointing!

    Our flight landed in very early to Chicago, too early to check into our downtown hotel, so we opted for a few hours sleep in Sonesta and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The check in staff (without us even asking) made sure we had a room away from any noise and roads. The suite was enormous and quiet and we passed out after a 10 hour flight. And even when we checked out later than intended, there was no issue. We even met the staff member who checked us in and she said "I hope you managed to get some sleep". It was perfect!

    This hotel was much better than expected. Yes, it is only 2 star and yes it is a bit outdated, but it's a budget hotel so you can not expect a 5 star place. For what it was though, it was great value, the receptionist was EXTREMLY nice and helpful, the room was comfortable and did the job. And also they have a free shuttle from the airport running every 30 minutes which was amazing and we used it to get there. Overall, it completely exceeded my expectations.

    Polite receptionist. Bed comfortable. Free shuttle from and to the airport. Pick up location of free shuttle at the airport: Terminal 2, door 2 A (each every 20 - 25 minutes, every day, as informed by the hotel on our stay). If you arrive in another terminal, you need to contact the hotel before to inform them about your terminal and the shuttle will go there, as informed by the hotel as well.

    A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, room was spacious and clean. nice touch was the night light in the bathroom. breakfast was adequate, and was inclusive. The only downside is that although there is a free shuttle bus to O'Hare airport, you really need to have a car for any other local transportation. Very little to find fault with or dislike.

    The hotel was very clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. I ordered a delicious meal from the restaurant. I was able to get a free ride on the shuttle to the airport and it works around the clock.

    I liked that it was clean. the parking lot is big. price quality super. this hotel is better than days inn, it's dirty all the time, dirty towels, hair in the shower syringes under the bed.

    It’s very close to the airport. Parking is free. The room I stayed in was cleaner than most other hotels I stayed in. Staff is nice. The breakfast was served with good quality.
