The friendliness of the staff was amazing and they were so accommodating. We dined in the restaurant located on the lower lever. Although the menu was small ( not a lot to choose from) the food was good and so was the drinks.

Not a long drive from Chicago, which was very nice. I loved Ellie's Pancake House for breakfast. It's very nice and safe and has a nice vibe to it. Easy locations for gas stations and other shopping places.

Manager was very rude and I'm shocked by her behavior...
Manager was very rude and I'm shocked by her behavior towards me and my wife especially in front of our son. I definitely won't be coming back! The location is not good. There's only a Wendy's in the same parking lot. There's a gas station down the road but that road is not good for walking especially if u have kids. No side walks and the hotels out the way off the beaten path

I I research my room online I did not have to pay it said I will pay personally when I got there I never showed up because that was the wrong location that I wanna I wanted. I went to elk Grove Village actually and they still charge me for the room even if I was not in even there, they told me they will not charge my card until I went and physically paid. Worst thing ever so I basically payed for a room I ddnt stay at! Don’t believe what they say online!!LifeUnited States of America
