My parents stayed here for a week and were absolutely in love with the place. The apartment is even more beautiful than on photos with gorgeous wide terrace a stone throw to the sea and your own part of the beach. However, the best part are the host you can only dream of. The property was as listed in terms of facilities. The bathroom was great and did not run out of hot water too fast and although it did not have AC, as most houses in Croatia, the ceiling fan was pretty powerful and kept the room bearable during very hot mid-august Furthermore, the hosts were very nice and even offered us tomatoes from their garden!

We found that the beach Przna was the best around 30 mins walk from this apartment. There’s also a very nice restaurant dusitza 100m from apartment, we tipped 2 euros when drinking and 5 euros when eating, most restaurants still preferred cash.

We loved this accommodation. Lumbarda is a lovely town, small enough for those of us who like a quiet holiday while also having plenty of amenities to keep us occupied. The Lumbarda resort was perfect for our needs. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need including a coffee maker, sandwich toaster and mossie plug ins. The balcony was perfect for having a drink while watching the boats go by. We spent a lot of time in the pool and loved having the sea just feet away for a dip in there too during the day. The water taxi is super convenient right outside the resort. With the beach bar and an ice cream shop just a few minute walk away, you couldn't wish for a better location!

Lumbarda is beautiful and quiet (at the time we were there). The apartment was right on the waterfront, we could swim there, and our patio had a beautiful view. The walkway in front of the apartment was quiet but led to several restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful quiet area near very good wineries and several restaurants. We had a car and there was only one car ferry from Split that left at 18:00 and arrived 3.5 hours later, then we had a 45-minute drive to Lumbarda. Would have appreciated an earlier arrival for the host (though she was welcoming) and to avoid driving after dark on unfamiliar roads.

Perfect place to stay if you want amazing sea and peace. Close to the city of Korcula. Excellent beaches, great food, and amazing nature. We recommend Przina beach. For food amazing is Konoba Dusica, konoba Bilin Žal, pizzeria Torkul, maestro caffe.

Owners are always available and very kind, helpful. In a small city nearby always something going on so if you want to have find, you can have it. But it is not disturbing as it is over the bay. It is fine to have bicycle but if not, it is not so far away to walk in to the centre. It is ideal place to find peace or fun - whatever you look for. And every single day after sleep in the morning we went to swim, as see is about 30 meters from a house. Perfect holiday!
Location is beautiful, view is amazing. Lumbarda and the whole island Korcula is a beautiful place for relaxation and exploring. There are also a lot of small isladns around Korcula therefore is a great place to explore by boat.
The apartment is small but cozy, the bed and bathroom are fine, but the kitchen could be updated.
All in all pictures shows the real picture. Apartment is small but you have all you need.
Nikolina Apartments is a exceptional place with wonderfull accomodation, great food with new breakfast ideas every morning, wonderfull sea view but the most of all great owners. Frankica, Barba Ante and Mrs. Jolanda are great as a hosts and wonderfull people. I would recommend Nikolina Apartments to everyone with message YOU WON'T REGRET....Pure 10!!!

Everything was great, thank you. We liked the little apartment, its situation on the bay, closeness to small shops, to Korcula, cleanliness, lovely hosts, parking availability, terrace, small kitchen.
Everything was provided for like beach towels, hair dryer, dishwasher tablets, washing machine etc.
We are so glad we chose to stay here out of all the other possibilities that were available. Thank you!
I like the place Lumbarda. It has got amazing beaches. We will definitely be back, but not in this accommodation.
The hosts were kind and polite, they let us come earlier and leave later.
Kitchenette is well equipped, has all the necessary utensils, salt papper and sugar.
Apartment is close to the beach (and that is in fact the only advantage of this accommodation), grocery store is about 500 m.
Everything: short distance to the beach, beautiful and peaceful garden where we spend most of our mornings and evenings, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen with everything you need, very friendly, responsive, helpful and hospitable hosts who know the island inside out. We felt like home and did not want our stay to end. Hopefully, we can return one day!
The apartment was spacious, tidy and clean. The host was very friendly and gave us an excellent advice on restaurants and the best beaches to go to. There is about 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment to the center of Lumbarda and there is a nice walking path along the coast nearby.

Ante the host very kindly picked us up from the ferry port in Korčula Town. He also showed us the island and shared his delicious homemade wine with us. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook. Great location to reach Lumbarda Town. Great stay!

Wonderful location just across the harbor from main Lumbarda, which itself is about 10 minutes drive from Korčula. Easy walking access to bars, restaurants and wineries. Room was perfect size for one person, bed was big and comfortable, and the balcony was nice.
