Very nice town, with beautiful centre/ though at the moment there are a lot of reconstructions of the roads in the old town, as well as on some main buildings/. Very safe place to walk around even late in the evening. Concerts nearby Zorin dom, almost every evening. Full of cafes and small restaurants;) cheap enough ☺️Very nice and helpful people!

This property is clean, modern with a nice view of the city center over the river. It's got a great location close to shops and supermarkets. It is a single house so, parking and access to the place was very convenient.

Karlovac is a small city that is structurally representative of the time right after World War II, and yet modern in the arts, parks, and people. You need to stay at least a week to absorb full culture of the area.

Karlovac was founded as a military fortress in 1579 by Charles II of Austria, it has the same shape (a hexagon) as the Cittadella of Alessandria (Italy), I guess therefore the two towns are twinned.
Very interesting to visit the old town of Karlovac which is identical with the old military fortress.
You can also try the local beer, the "Karlovacko".

We only came for the Parni Valjak concert, which was fantastic. Had a few hours to look around, but was very pleased with what we saw, specialy in the Old town. We'll take more time for sightseeing on the next occasion, its worthy.
The hut is located remotely in a forest and agricultural area half an hour from Karlovac. It is exceptionally equipped with an outdoor barbecue and pizza oven, a hammock and two deck chairs, and an indoor fireplace in the living room. We spent much time in the hot tub :) The top floor has a huge window front and two single beds. The host was very friendly and showed us everything at our arrival. We had a pleasant stay. Attention, no Wifi and unstable mobile phone reception! But we also did not need any at such a beautiful space.
We liked everything, the apartment was very nice and very close to the city centre. We like the hospitality of the owners (welcome drink and even the breakfast ready for us in the fridge), possibility of late check-in and reliable internet connection. A big advantage is parking right next door (excellent for packing/unpacking the luggage, no need to carry the bags for too long). We highly recommend this apartment and if we come to Karlovac next time, this will surely be our choice again.
We were welcomed warmly. Branka provides a lot of little details in her cozy appartment which made us feel comfortable and homely e.g. the mini bar or "hidden" treats or crayons for the younger guests to come.
Since the house is located in the historic center of Karlovac where other buildings were struck by an earthquake years ago the locations was extremly interesting for us.
New, clean, modern hotel (has nice bathrooms with larger showers and heads) parking included although we missed the little sign when we first drove by. Also the location was good, easy to get to the local castle, Dubovac, the museum about the homeland war, and the Ozalj Castle. Breakfast buffet was offered for an additional 5 euros pp.
Very easy to collect keys + got clear instructions every step of the way. We were in Karlovac in the hottest time of the year so the apartment being on the lower floor was much appreciated and a lot cooler than alternatives. Location is around 10mins on foot from the main square, cannot recommend this enough.
Everything was beyond perfect: good location, very clean apartment and very nice owner. We really enjoyed our stay in Karlovac and definitely can recommend Albert's home.
The owner provided lots of little extras such as milk, cereal, bread for toast, beer and other treats. There is a free parking available.
The hotel has a convenient location on the way from Karlovac to Bosnia, it is attached to a gas station and has a restaurant although not open when I visited. The staff was very friendly, and they welcomed my dogs. Breakfast was adequate and they cooked omelettes on request.
Nice welcome and friendly reception employees. Owner of the Hotel is a great person, he come to welcome us on breakfast. Parking in front of the hotel, nice view on river, quiet place and for recommendation is hotel restaurant. , with great domestic specialties.
The recepionist was excellent and very helpfull, she told me where to get a puncture on my motorcycle repaired and also informed us of a local beer festival!
The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good.
I would highly recommend this hotel!
The interior is a bit dated but acceptable for the price and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet. Excellent location if you’re driving past Plitvice lakes - it’s right next to the road and easy to find.
Great location when arriving in Croatia and getting out of Zagreb. Only 45min drive from the Airport. Accommodations were perfect for our family trip . Facilities were clean and well furnished and equipped. Would stay again!
The place was exactly as described and in an absolutely beautifull region of Croatia. The hosts were more than friendly and went out of their way to cater to every one of our needs. Really an amazing experience.
The flat was very well, perfect, better than hotels I did. So clean, well organized. The host gave me information to find the flat easily, it ll be very usefull for me. Very good experience.
Perfect contact with the owner. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything necessary during a stopover - Karlovać is a town located almost halfway from Poland to southern Croatia.
location was nice. Hotel itself was super clean and neat. Staff was so lovely and helpful. The Breakfast was well arranged with variety of choices. All in all was an excellent hotel.
The apartment was clean and tidy. We could park the car inside the yard. Good place for a short stay.
The bed mattress is a bit harder than usual in other hotels.
A spotless clean apartment and everything in order . The owner was great she let me check inn before so I had more time to go around to wonderful karlovac
