It's right beside Monaco so access is easy, but visiting once is more than enough, it's a headache to get around this place. Even with GPS is easy to get lost. The restaurants are decent but they are looking to gouge you on everything, good to visit for a couple of days but then I could not wait to leave.

It is a small resort village on a steep slope over the sea. The only beach in town (beach Mala) requires walking down and then climbing up for 10-15 minutes from the village center and 16-20 minutes from the top. It is an effort, and the beach is beautiful. This is the least exciting place unless you have a purpose to stay in Cap d'Ail. Beach Mala is way overrated. and you have to take about 300 steps to get down there (and 300 steps back up). There are plenty of better beaches on the coast.Home@LuxLuxembourg - 10Scored 10
We was just in the border of Monte Carlo and Monaco...
We was just in the border of Monte Carlo and Monaco... didn’t get to do the beach side as didn’t stay long enough but over all loved it.. many harbours to visit and see.. famous F1 track which I drove on the way out for our last day... amazing stuff.. palace and small side streets full of food and culture.. loved it and will be back in the near future.

Beautiful town with gorgeous views and beaches. Very calm and serene, the locals are lovely and the walk to the beach is short. it is also very close to monaco- only a few stops on the bus, so it’s convenient to get around by bus or train

The center, supermarkets and beach is a 15 min walk, Monaco 45 mins away by foot, great place overall. People with health issues should be aware though that walking up to the property from the train station/center/beach takes significant effort.
