The property has everything you need and more. A free coffee machine in the common area, snaks and biscuits in the bedroom ,plus a kettle, tea, coffees and capuccino. The bed is very comfortable. Very cleaned. The location is perfect, very close to a Pizzeria owned by a family from Naples: Flaminio.Best pizza ever! The property owner is very kind and gave us direction to get from the airport.

This house is truly wonderful! Free bike rentals were a great touch. Diego, the owner, was incredibly helpful and made our stay unforgettable. The beach is just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

Fantastic, beautiful hotel. It had everything we needed, a balcony, fridge, spacious room, veeery comfortable bed and many more. Lovely lobby and decorations. Garden is perfect, very well taken care of. Roberto is a wonderful host, always ready to help. You can feel the warmth and cozy atmosphere that Roberto and his brother create. Thank you so so much! We loved the pool, the staff, the breakfast and the cleaning of the apartment. We rented scooters from a nearby rental location, which was perfect as Il Toscanello is not in the center.

Fantastic stay at Bellaisa Bed & Breakfast. The hosts were very kind and accommodating with check in due to the difficulty we had as our flight was delayed. Martina had a lot of suggestions with what to do during our time there including trips, beaches, restaurants - all of which were great reccomendations.

it was all well set up for us, very clean, beautiful location just 10mins walk to the beach and the host was really lovely. very comfy place to relax at the end of a busy tourist day. the host also gave us discount voucher for an amazing restaurant which we enjoyed too.
