With kitchen facility, saved us $$$ to spend on cooked foods and restaurants. So close to amenities like the macro and coop but closed on Sunday & half day Saturday, I think. Walking distance to the bus station & on time, convenient to Beaulieu Theatre, cathedral, city malls & lake. Metro train also convenient and on time. The room is superbly warm, clean. Love the washing machine & dryer facility, ground floor. A bit spooky area to visit at first. I will recommend your place. Swiss train through and from Geneva Airport is excellent transportation to Lausanne. Pay the second class ticket at $29 CHF pp and buy prior to boarding the train. Do not rush, allow 10 minutes after buying your train ticket to get to your train terminal, enter the correct door B-E or C-E? otherwise, it is a struggle to move from 1st class A/B to 2nd class B/C cubicles with big luggages while already on board in the train. Take the express schedule for 45 minutes travel (with 1 stop station)or 53 minutes (with 2-3 stops stations).

Nice studio with essential amenities but very good privacy, great for a work stay of a week or so. Location is perfect, just off the EPFL campus. Gracious host, stocked kitchenette, all round a very effective lodging for a work trip

Location was right next to the lake so we had an amazing view to wake up to. Accomodation was larger than we were expecting and it was all spotless. An allocated parking place was a feature that many other places did not offer.

It was perfect for my 13 days stay with my family. Well equipped and well maintained (new) apartment: Plenty of light, essential kitchenware, essential cleaning ware, complimentary food supplies to help out the first days. Very nice terrasse to enjoy the afternoon sun. Surroundings: calm, a 7minutes walk away from Saint Sulpice's lake beach and promenade. Public transportation a few meters away with 3 bus stations (to Lausanne, Morges, Renens, EPFL). Easy to reach without a private car. Very nice host, always available and ready to help.
