This half-day guided tour will give you the chance to see famous religious monuments and historical landmarks in George Town. You’ll also gain an insight into the local culture and heritage.
Starting at the Clan Jetties of Penang, you’ll explore a traditional village of stilt houses along the waterfront. You’ll also visit the 19th-century Pinang Peranakan Mansion and a historic Chinese clan temple, the Khoo Kongsi.
You’ll round off the tour in the suburb of Pulau Tikus, where you’ll see one of the world’s longest Reclining Buddha statues at the Chaiya Mangalaram Thai Buddhist Temple.
