On this tour, you will explore the history of Cambodia from 1975 to 1979.
The tour will start with your guide picking you up from the hotel and driving you to the “Killing Fields” - sites where more than a million people were killed and buried by the Khmer Rouge regime. Here, you will visit Choeung Ek Genocidal Center - a Buddhist memorial built around the mass graves of thousands of people. You will also go to Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum - a former school which was used as a prison by Khmer Rouge regime. It now documents the genocide and reminds of the atrocities done during 1975 to 1979.
