For this experience, you’ll head to the seaside resort town of Cervia, where you'll meet a Cesarina – a traditional Italian kitchen professional – in her home for a fun-filled introduction to Italian cooking. You’ll set out for the local market, where your Cesarina will show you how to select the best seasonal ingredients.
Back at her home, you’ll sip on a glass of Prosecco as an aperitivo, served with tasty nibbles, before getting to work in the kitchen. You’ll learn how to make a typical style of pasta from scratch, followed by Italy’s most famous dessert – tiramisu. Once your dishes are prepared, you’ll sit down to enjoy a lively meal with wine and coffee.
