During this experience, you'll soak up a wealth of knowledge about Sicilian cooking. You'll begin the activity with a guided tour of Taomina's market to shop for the ingredients needed for your cooking class. You'll then head to a local restaurant to be briefed by a chef on how to create characteristic Sicilian cuisine.
Under their expert guidance, you'll create handmade pasta and craft a dish using the ingredients you collected earlier. Once the dish is prepared, you'll gather for a lunch accompanied by a tasting of local wines. At the end of the session, you'll receive a certificate and an apron to take home with you.
