A lesson on how to make authentic lasagna Bolognese from an Italian chef

This experience will give you a chance to learn how to make authentic lasagna Bolognese from an Italian chef. Before the class, you'll put on your apron and be assigned to a working station. Led by the chef, you'll then learn how to prepare the Bolognese sauce, first by peeling and chopping the ingredients, seasoning the meat and mixing everything together.

While waiting for the sauce to simmer, the chef will teach you how to make pasta from scratch. You'll then assemble the dish by arranging pasta sheets on top of one another with a layer of sauce in between. Once the dish is done, you'll get to eat your lasagna paired with wine.
