On this guided tour of Pescara Vecchia, you will go on a three and a half hour gastronomic tour, where you will taste local food through five different tastings.
Your guide will first take you to the town market to learn about seasonal products and typical ingredients. Here, you will make two stops to sample food in family-run shops inside the market. Then, you will visit the birthplace of Gabriele D’Annunzio and the alleys of the historic centre to have two more tastings in the many bars and restaurants of this area.
The tour will finish with a sweet stop in a traditional pastry shop to taste the famous Parrozzo cake.
