You'll watch the separation of the whey, the shaping of cheese into wheels, a fire branding ritual – and you'll get to explore the ageing room too. A member of the founder's family will guide you around and reveal the secrets of making this world-renowned cheese.
The tour will conclude with a tasting session where you'll try delicious cheese paired with honey.
