On this 4.5-hour afternoon tour of the Lake District, you’ll have the chance to visit famous sites and attractions that inspired the work of Beatrix Potter. You'll visit Hill Top, which is the former home of the famous children's author.
During the tour, you’ll embark on a cruise trip across Lake Windermere, which is the largest lake in the Lake District. You’ll see natural vistas that inspired many of Beatrix Potter’s books. You’ll also explore the medieval village of Hawkshead, where you’ll learn about the life of poet William Wordsworth.
