On this 1.5-hour guided tour, you’ll visit the filming location of the hit BBC show, Call the Midwife. A midwife actress will guide you along the historic dockyard providing behind-the-scenes facts and anecdotes about the show.

You’ll see an exhibition of the original props and costumes used in the filming. You’ll also pass by the historic Chatham Dockyard location used to film the exterior scenes.

During the tour, you’ll get a glimpse of London’s East End as it was in the 1950s and 1960s, with highlights such as Poplar Dock and the Nonnatus House dining table. In addition, you can explore Chatham Dockyard on your own at the end of the guided tour.
