With the Helsinki Card City and Helsinki Card Region, you can explore the city at your own pace and save money on a variety of attractions. You'll have free entry to all of the major museums, a panoramic bus tour with an audio guide and a selection of discounts and other special offers.

You'll have unlimited public transport to get you around, and during certain months, you'll also have access to a hop-on, hop-off bus and canal cruise.

    You will have access to an online guidebook with information on museums and establishments associated with the program.

    Your ticket includes admission to all major museums, a discount at Helsinki Zoo and free public transportation in the zones AB (City Helsinki Card) or zones ABC (Region Helsinki Card).

    It also includes a 24-hour ticket for a hop-on, hop-off bus and a canal cruise. These two inclusions are only available from May to September.

    Your card is valid for 24 48, or 72 hours from the first use depending on the option you selected.

    Please note that your card will not be replaced or refunded if lost.

    You can pick up your Helsinki Card at one of these three locations: - Excess Baggage Airport Services, Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, Terminal 2, Arrivals Hall, located next to the train station entrance. Follow the train station signage and look for the Bag Storage/Bag Wrap service. The opening hours of this collection point are: - Monday–Sunday: 05:00–22:00 - Department Store Stockmann Service Point, Aleksanterinkatu 52 (8th floor), Helsinki. For the opening hours of this collection point, check the department store's opening hours. Please note that Stockmann Department Store requires printed vouchers, unfortunately, mobile vouchers are not accepted. - Hotel Holiday Inn Helsinki City Center, Elielinaukio 5, next to Helsinki Central Railway Station, on the west side, This collection point is open 24/7.
