This tour involves a moderate amount of walking and climbing staircases. There is a elevator service available in Neuschwanstein Castle for people with a registered disability who provide a certificate in advance.
If you are unable to walk uphill to Neuschwanstein Castle, you can use the shuttle bus for an additional EUR 2.50 or take a horse and carriage ride for EUR 8 uphill and EUR 4 downhill. Please note that the shuttle bus and carriage rides do not accept reservations, so waiting times are possible.
The tour price does not include admission to the second castle that you visit on the tour.
