Please pick up your card at the Customer Center of the S-Bahn Munich at the Central Station Munich or at Munich Airport.
The customer centre at Central Station is located on the left side of the tracks via the Arnulfstraße exit. Head down the escalator towards the subway and you'll find the customer centre located next to the Rischart bakery.
