On this tour, you’ll learn about the behaviours and habits of bottlenose dolphins while observing them for yourself! You’ll leave from the Jekyll Wharf and explore the waterways of Jekyll Island, which are home to one of the world’s largest dolphin populations. Your captain, a Master Mariner with years of local history and ecology experience, will narrate your surroundings as you take in the sights.
The tour will move through various habitat types, from salt marshes to wilderness beaches. While relaxing on the comfortable boat with a sun cover, MP3 stereo and bathroom, you’ll have a chance to see a wide variety of wildlife. In addition to bottlenose dolphins, you may catch a glimpse of sea turtles, manatees and water birds.
