Wine Tasting with Appetisers

With this ticket, you’ll have the chance to sample Bulgarian wine paired with a selection of appetisers.

Upon arrival, you’ll learn about the background of the wine cellars and the characteristics of Bulgarian wines, including information on the local Gamza, Red Misket and Dimyat grape varieties. With guidance from wine professionals, you’ll be able to participate in a tasting session featuring three regional wines. You’ll also have the opportunity to sample appetisers that pair well with each wine, including cream cheese with dill, duck pate with oregano and capers and goat cheese with truffles.
