He was an absolute joy to meet and work with. We were not happy with our first room. Although it was lovely and had a beautiful view, we preferred a room that did not have the street below us. In a matter of minutes he was able to find the perfect room for us without making us feel foolish. Thank you Nam!!!!! We had an absolute blast on a food tour with him. Thank you Nam, for spending the day with us and showing us around your town and all its delicious food!!! Your kindness and enthusiasm is contagious! We absolutely loved our spacious, clean room and even did our laundry!!!!! There was a rack to hang clothes to dry or we could dry them in the washer/dryer. Moments from the apartment is a street FULL of delicious foods to choose from.

My experience there was exceptional amazing. The hotel is right in the middle of the city, many restaurants, cafeterias, stores just right next doors and across the street. Staff including the receptionist, housekeeper, guard, everyone were super friendly and helpful. This hotel is very new, even we could smell the new furniture and all the facilities are modern and look like brand new items. Very spacious rooms. I was surprised that the prices were totally affordable. Absolutely come back next time.

Korean bistro (open Buffet) is recommended. Aeon shopping mall is the nearest bigger place to do shopping. The refeptionist Hiền (please, forgive me if I'm wrong) is amazing. She suggested places to go, eat and to shopping. She did her job splendidly. With love
