Everything about the place and the host! It was such a great stay, the location is just perfect and the host is really nice and helpful, she suggested some really great food options. I think the photos are not doing enough justice to the actual apartment. It's just WOW. We felt like home and will definitely recommend it.

Well equipped apartment, great hot-tub, very clean apartment, the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We had all the amenities that we needed, well equipped kitchen, and the beds were super comfortable.

Located in Zadar, 1.8 km from Karma Beach, Mrak Zadar Exclusive features accommodation with spa facilities, a fitness room and a steam room. We were so happy when we saw the Mrak Zadar hotel with attached restaurant. Everything was clean, modern, and had high-end finishes throughout. The hot tub on private balcony for every room was a surprise and spotlessly clean and fresh. Bedding and towels were immaculate and sparkling white. Free parking was across the street which was an added bonus. We had a small problem with air conditioner - bedroom wasn’t very cool but that might have been our fault. Free delicious breakfast was included. Would highly recommend this for your stay in Zadar.

Super modern and clean with AC in the living room and the bathroom. Kitchen was very clean and dishes sets were beautiful. Situated within 300 metres of Saint Bartholomew Beach and 700 metres of Smokvica Beach, Zadar Premium Apartments features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kožino. We loved this ultra modern condo with everything needed for a phenomenal trip to the beach. The layout of the condo was perfect, with a spacious kitchen, open dining and living, enough space to relax and dine with our large family. We enjoyed grilling and dining outside on the patio overlooking the children swimming in the pool while gorgeous sunsets appeared every evening. The bedrooms all had super comfortable beds and their own air conditioning, so we all adjusted the rooms to our own liking. It was a perfect stay; safe, comfortable, spacious, beautiful and clean, with a phenomenal hostess and a great location. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! We highly recommend this property to anyone!
