Lovely quiet historic property minutes from restaurants, shops, activity in Lambertville and New Hope. Congenial hosts who make homemade granola and breakfast from their own chickens. Jacuzzi and sauna are an extra treat.

Great and affordable location for Doylestown and Delaware Valley University
New hope has a parking problem. It is very hard to see the shops and attractions or even go to dinner along the Main Street and riverfront. There isn't enough street parking ( no place has parking lot except the Bucks County playhouse and that is a $30. Valet parking lot) the Public parking is very limited in this old ,tiny town. There are some Nic stores and restaurants, but be prepared to walk far to get to them, if you are lucky enough to find a parking space. Martine's River House restaurant ha excellent food, but no parking lot. We had to pay $30. to park next door at the hotel & playhouse- be prepared to spend $$$ to see this town.

New Hope and Lambertville and two quaint towns located in...
New Hope and Lambertville and two quaint towns located in Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, separated by a river. There are many shops and one-of-a-kind items, especially antiques.
There are a variety of restaurants and one can walk the bridge from one town to the next. Great for a getaway weekend.

Downtown New Hope is an awesome eclectic little place.
Downtown New Hope is an awesome eclectic little place. The main street is packed with little shops, restaurants, bars, and unique spots. You could easily spend days exploring some of the interesting shops. I have to say one of my favorite things about New Hope is the community. We had such a wonderful time just chatting with shop workers, waiters, and bartenders. We didn't have a single time we felt rushed during a conversation with anyone. It's just so welcoming.

Elle who works at The Carriage House was exceptional.
Elle who works at The Carriage House was exceptional. She took care of my little dog Bently for a few hours while my Mom and I enjoyed a day of shopping and dining. She is truly and asset. We stayed at the Carriage House and it was amazing. The shops and dining in New Hope and Lambertville is par none. Great place to enjoy a little vacation on the delaware river.

This place is centrally located to the town of New Hope and surrounding areas. It is moderately priced for this area. The rooms are adequate for a nights sleep but definately nothing fancy. If you are looking for anything other than a place to sleep it's not for you. Rooms are small bathroom is tiny. The outside courtyard and pool are the nicest part of the property. Staff are very pleasant. Covid has made breakfast a to go bag. Coffee is available. The room had a fridge and microwave.

Horrible!! Altogether!
Horrible!! Altogether! Dirty, dingy hallways and floors also around the vending area. No wifi for the first day. No Covid precautions except for the cleaning staff wearing masks, Nothing was wiped down before or after usage like the luggage cart and the breakfast area. Also, there were sliding glass doors leading into the lobby and out into the patio and rooms and you didn't need your key card to access it - it just opened so anyone could have gotten in and out of there. It wasn't like the hotel staff was paying attention anyway as a couple times I walked past the desk and there wasn't anyone there. I should have paid extra $ and stayed at a nice B&B.
