The view to Fuji from top of the building. Also hot spring on the roof while watching the Fuji is wonderful.

My group and myself enjoyed our stay here. We had booked Mt Fuji View Rooms which were amazing. The hot spring baths and sauna were extremely good
The breakfast.was curated for individual preferences and dietary restrictions of the group.
One of my group members left her sunglasses in the room and the hotel couriered it to the next hotel where we were staying. This was highly appreciated.

Onsen available with indoor or outdoor facing Mount Fuji (but Mt Fuji may not be visible due to fog / weather... so it's a bonus if you get to see it).
There is a club floor, offering only coffee/tea/juice options.... but if weather is good, you can get a great view of Mt Fuji
Complimentary parking with ample spaces.

We came to Gotemba because we wanted a base from which to climb Fuji and the hotels offered an onsen which was far more reasonable that some of the other hotels in area.
There is a bus that runs from the train station to the 5th station where you can start your climb - just make sure you exit the station on the right side! (left as you come up the stairs from the trains)
Most useful if you've got a car otherwise I think I'd have stayed elsewhere

The Premium Outlets are a must see and you could spend all day there. Also, there are MASSIVE discounts for tourists (DEC 2022). The lava caves were also a great thing to see if you have extra time! The only bad thing about Gotemba are that the transportation is a bit tricky! The safari zoo was also pretty great. Try to get on the bus! You can feed lions!

We found the hotel was easy to locate and noticed several signs with the hotel and the distance (kilometers) to the hotel. Hotel parking area was conveniently located near the elevators and with good lighting. We found a great yakiniku place within a 10 min. drive from the hotel and saw many other options for places to eat. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful on explaining the hotel facilities. If we stayed for more than one night we would have been interested if there were places within walking distance of the hotel.

I lived there for 7 months 3 years and some change ago, but with COVID-19, the city has taken a big hit. Tourists were there, but not as many as before. The places I'd recommend to eat at before are no longer there, too. If you're considering coming to Gotemba, thoroughly do your research and partake of neighboring cities like Mishima, Numazu, Hakone, and Odawara.

You could use it as a base to visit afew places everyday or choose to stay at those places as well. The Tourist Visitor Information Ctr at the back of gotemba station where the airport shuttle would drop you is very friendly and helpful.

Great base for trekking Mt Fuji.
Great base for trekking Mt Fuji. Beautiful landscapes and Outlet Shopping!
We also went to the Fuji Speedway, which is a short distance away. Fortunately for us, there was the added bonus of actual racing going on!
Amazing location. We took a room with mt fuji view. The first day there was rain so we could not see the mountain but the next day we had a wonderful view from our balcony.
They have onsen in 4th floor and was absolutely incredible experience we had. I would recommend to try although there is a bit of difficulty for food but taxi are available to gotemba.
On our check out, we requested for a big SUV but they called in a sedan, so the hotel provided another big vehicle at no extra charge. It is a great customer centric approach.

The location is convenient to go to the Gotemba premium outlet and Lake Yamanakako. The room has full view of Mt Fuji on clear days, which we were blessed with! The public onsen has 3 baths with view of Mt Fuji. There is free coffee, tea and orange juice in Ckub room that offers great view of Mt Fuji too. Parking underground was easy to handle.
This place was pretty convenient if you plan to go to the outlet and visit the onsen. The bus station was literally across the hotel and was about a 6 minute drive to the outlet. Onsen was clean and plus points for the free bowl of ramen and ice cream.
Location was excellent, and it was a cute place with an interesting vibe. I liked that it was close to the train station and near lots of bars and restaurants. Would probably be great during normal times (and not the pandemic). It was a typical hostel.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is supper helpful. Although the location is not very central there’s a car service provided by the hotel to transport you to the central or bus station. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations.
It was within walking distance to daiso, uniqlo, and 7-11.
Free parking next to the hotel.
Room is clean.
There is a public bathroom at the ground floor. It is separated by gender. Looks clean when I visited but I didn't use it.
Fair and standard Japanese business hotel.
Breakfast was complete but not great quality - cannot complain for the price.
A good address to remember if you are in Gotemba
