Really comfortable beds

It was fairly comfortable. It is close to the beach.
The view it’s nice. But the rooms are not what i expected specifically for the pricing. The rooms are small. Smaller than other hotels in seaside.
There are multiple things that need work and maintenance. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the balcony door and net are the hardest things ever to slide open, the pull out bed is unstoppable, the water pressure is weak and the seal from the main door is broken. The beds are comfortable but it seemed as if the didn’t changed our fitted sheet; it smelled weird compared to the other sheets and there were multiple hairs. We were told to come in through the main entrance as well as leave but a guest told us about the side doors from the building. Our requested accommodation were the opposite of what we requested: away from the elevator = put feet away from it & top floor= middle floor.
When asked to move room we were ignored. The dog few rooms dog barked and barked and the. Hall was busy busy that it made it hard to sleep at night or nap during the day. I was very disappointed with the stay. We love going to seaside to distress and it was disappointing to not be able to rest and be woken up early in the morning. We paid less at another hotel with the same view and balcony. I wish they would had shown they actually wanted to help when we asked to move us room the second night. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love Seaside during the fall, winter, and spring. It's a quaint, quite, welcoming, small town with great tourist amenities. There are several decent restaurants and lodging options. Everything is just minutes away from the beach. You can't go wrong here. The summer though, it becomes quite crowded and difficult to get through unless on foot, but is no less charming.

Very quiet, relaxing place. Great eateries.
Very quiet, relaxing place. Great eateries. Loved watching the crab boats and sunsets. Seaside Brewery is a great place as is Dundees Donuts (my husband left our credit card there and the owner took the time to find us to give it back...very impressive!)

The town focus is for summer beach tourists with families.
The town focus is for summer beach tourists with families. There are arcades, bumper cars, .... The very large beach is a the end of the street through town. We had business in Seaside or would have stayed in Cannon Beach.
This location was perfect for our family! We felt very comfortable letting our teens walk around seaside together while we enjoyed great dining and walks on the beach. The hotel is well managed and the cookies in the evening were a nice treat. Breakfast was decent too for covid times. Hotel is old and outdated but clean with comfortable beds and seating. Being able to still watch the ocean waves from a warm dry place in the evenings was fabulous. The fireplace was a nice touch also although it was warm enough we only used once.
All of the employees we encountered during our stay were very friendly and helpful, the room was squeaky clean, and the location was great. We loved how it was also pet friendly. Breakfast was meh - your typical hotel breakfast. I did appreciate how they mixed it up slightly every day since we stayed for multiple days. The beach and main seaside strip were one block away so a lot of things were in walking distance. Made it really easy!
Manager was the best part of our stay! Ruth was very accommodating and friendly. Greeted us every day as she was out on the property making sure everything was good and ready for her guests.
Location in Seaside is great, about two blocks from the promenade and a block to the beach.
We stayed at this hotel for the two person tub in room 131 for our anniversary and the tub was definitely the highlight of this room.
Hotel located next to the beach in a very quiet area. Spacious and comfortable room with all the necessary equipment and everything very new. The very friendly and attentive staff was in contact with us at all times to facilitate check-in, since the time that appeared on our reservation was not correct and we were going to arrive later than the cut-off time.
Location was great. It is located at the end of the promenade and right on the beach. I preferred the location as it was a bit quieter, but there was still a restaurant or two nearby.
Rooms were clean and decent. The partial ocean view was simply a view from the balcony. I appreciated the bonus basket of towels, bowls and treats for my dog.
I loved the staff at this location. They made us feel like family, and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was amazing we could see the ocean from our window. Also parking was close by and had enough room for our car. The hotel also had games and movies you can use in the office you just had to ask.
Nice and spacious with 2 bedrooms right on the beach. Loved it. Had a campfire on the beach right outside our room. But it is a quite busy motel with lots of motels right by it and a side walk that goes in front of all of them. So lots of foot traffic all around. Not your quiet getaway, but we loved it.
Friendly service, various supplies to meet individual needs of many different lifestyles. Next door dining options (bar & grill, pizza, cafe) and entertainment (golf, bars, beach access, river walk), less crowded than the busy broadway downtown hub. I wish more hotels were as nice.
The view, the stone work on the balcony and the balcony furniture was a grade up from the cheap plastic stuff that most hotels have. It was an extra touch and I enjoyed it, the fireplace, the bed and pillows were comfortable, it was clean and I so enjoyed my stay.
Perfect location on the beach downtown is walking distance the staff cares about there customers wonderful staff that goes above and beyond. Definitely my go to place at the coast. Also definitely try the food and spirits at billymacs in seaside!
the hotel is old, the chairs inside our room need an upholstery, the pillows are too soft for my liking, breakfast was minimal (a definitely continental), the staff was nice.
The room was clean and had a nice remodel. The location was great. I parked my car at the hotel and walked with my 4 year old everywhere. Only a few blocks from down town.
Right on the beach. Elevator for easy in/out. Great pet friendly hotel. Clean, cozy. We had a partial view but frankly, we weren't in the room that much. Staff is great.
