Everything was super clean, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was also spotless. Towels provided. I stayed in a four-person room, which was a bit small, but perfectly functional. The breakfast, though simple, was a nice addition. The hostel is also really close to the start of the camino for the next morning.

The location of the accommodation was down an alley with pubs and restaurants which added to the ambience. I enjoyed having a patio off my room even though it was cold and slightly wet . It was easy to locate the Camino path from the accommodation.

While we stayed in Furelos, we were a short walk to Melide.
While we stayed in Furelos, we were a short walk to Melide. We loved the food especially the octopus at Garnacha. Additionally, we enjoyed visiting St. Anthony Chapel. There are many stores should you need to pickup supplies on your Camino route.
The property is a converted large residence. The grounds and the building are in a phenomenal state, are extraordinarily well cared for. The floor and wall tilework, the bathroom fittings, and the windows are of extraordinary quality.
There is a small pool in the back for use by guests. No food on the property, but many restaurants nearby. The property is set back two blocks form the main road cutting through the town.
Bed is large and comfortable, of a quality to be expected in a 3.5 star hotel.
Very attentive staff.
this place should be titled an Oasis outside of Melide. I chose to stay for 4 days and taxi back and forth to my starting /stopping points on the Camino was the most relaxing days on the camino as I would come back and the place was spotless everyday. The best part was the pool to soak my feet every evening after walking. The staff are working hard to speak English so patience and a translating app work’s excellent. if i ever come to Melide again i would stay here.
Host very helpful. Had the private room with ensuite which was a lovely size, well decorated. Good access to patio.
Very clean.
Lovely to have fresh bread from the baker delivered by 6.30am, fresh oranges to juice, and freshly ground coffee.
Eggs, cereal, etc. available, which was more than expected.
Right on the Camino route out of Melide.
A very atmospheric hotel with comfy rooms that had lots of unique touches from the original building. The food was delicious at the attached restaurant. And of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire place was very clean and comfortable.
We liked everything about this duplex apartment. Perfect for us, a group of 5 friends on the Camino. Three spacious bedrooms, great kitchen and very close to central Melide and all facilities. A lovely host too, thanks Pilar.
the hotel has modern and very comfortable rooms. it is well located very close to the old town area and easy to access the Camino route. great place to stay if you are splitting the long leg between Palas de Rei and Arzue.
One of the best places we stayed on the Camino! Great location right after the Roman bridge before you get to Melide, but close enough to Melide to walk to dinner there. The breakfast was absolutely amazing.
Fabulous house half way between the old town and the main town of Melide, right on the path of the Camino. Fabulous staff, a dip in the pool was amazing after 3 long days of walking ! Loved this house !
Perfect location… it is on the Camino. The room was excellent and the bed very comfortable. you can have breakfast in it’s sister hotel next door. I can’t find any fault with it. I would stay here again
Good location in nice town. Clean and warm room. Check-in and laundry facility at the Lux Melide Hotel.
Great place to eat affordable, tender pulpo Galician style at the restaurant A Garnacha.
Clean and functional room. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us even though we were a tad early. Everything was perfect. It is more like an hotel than an albergue.
The manager at the desk and in the kitchen is out standing. Very welcoming with great recommendations.we remember the hotel as a great surprise with a bright star.
