The bed is the comfiest bed I’ve slept in so far. There is a mattress topper makes all the difference. For a low budget stay, You can tell they’ve thought it through of what the customer may need. Fridge, kettle and really good air con system. For the price I don’t think I got any of this in other places I stayed in.

At least 1 taxi is almost always outside the hotel, or you can call grab or book a taxi via the hotel, this makes it extremely easy to get around. There is also car or scooter hire close by too.
We always eat breakfast at the hotel, and why not superb selection, not too expensive and as many visits to the different buffet areas as you wished.
I would avoid going to Fisherman's village too early in the day, it is a must visit but few places open till late afternoon, in my opinion best to get there just before it gets dark, experience the sunset there, visit walking street and the night markets.

The beach was beautiful and clean, room was clean.
The beach was beautiful and clean, room was clean. Bed was slightly hard (just my opinion).
Good choice of food for breakfast.
Villa pool was great, they also accommodated two villas side by side, so we weren't far away from our adult sons.
Nothing was a problem and the staff (apart from 1) were very pleasant and happy to help.
Would definitely stay there again 😁

I recommend this hotel for any visitor.
I recommend this hotel for any visitor. The variety of different rooms available, the assortment of entertainment for children, the immediate access to the wonderful beach, the "fire performers" within close proximity at night, the total seclusion you can enjoy if required, the assortment of food at breakfast, the great menu at the evening restaurant, along with the wonderful staff make this an enjoyable vacation destination.

If your disabled in a wheelchair i would think twice Koh samui like most places in Thailand lack full use of pavements, it's safer to walk on the road. Most Thai people are great and the young teens will respect you as you respect them. Area is safe to walk at night if you slip a teen a 200 bhat they will give you a life on the back of their bike.

Chaweng is a quiet, clean family beach.
Chaweng is a quiet, clean family beach. But if someone is looking for some water sports the facilities may be limited. There are a number of massage parlours in the area. So after a good time in the beach one can relax and rejuvenate for the next day. There are a variety of restaurants offering different cuisines. For a foody there are many options.
Hotel / resort was much better than we expected.
Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Cleaning service perfect, changing towels and sheets every day, water and coffee supplied, very nice.
Gorgeous outdoors - garden is magical, pool and beach very nice and clean. Restaurant on the beach is a bit pricey but sea food bbq is very nice and not so expensive.
Location is very central, even though its surrounded by the restaurants and bars, its still very quiet within the resort.
Staff are the best, very nice and helpful.
Super helpful and kind staff! The Resort is a paradise, very clean, organized, well maintained. The buffet-style breakfast with several options, a delight if you love hotel breakfast with everything! In front of the beach, wonderful swimming pool, you can use kaiak and Stand up from the hotel itself. The perfect location, on the street of bars and restaurants, but the rooms are very quiet, you wake up listening to the sound of birds. We really want to stay there again when we visit Koh Samui again.
very nice quiet resort, 2-bedroom villa with a roofdeck is top because you can enjoy the view of the sea and don’t have to worry about the place by the pool because you are right next to it, very nice pool, nice beach for jumping into the waves, we had 2 days of big waves and you had to be very cautious, there is no place for snorkelling on Chaweng beach, very nice staff, very good food but quite expensive comparing to other restaurants out of hotel on the main street
The location of the property was excellent - it was on Chaweng beach itself with close proximity to all bars, restaurants. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice for all kinds of eaters and the children’s character dishes were a nice touch. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was on site laundry, masseuses, nails, shop, restaurant and bar. Chaweng Garden Beach Resort is an excellent place to base yourself for your trip to Koh Samui.
the best one in Koh Samui for this price! we stayed first 3 nights but extended with another 3 nights. the room is huge, very clean. they come to clean the room every day (if you want). the breakfast is very good! a lot of different things to choose from every morning. staff is very kind and helpful. location is around 5 minutes walk to the beach. definitely recommend this hotel!
We arrived Koh Samui early morning exhausted after an overnight flight and the reception staff were wonderful - making it possible for us to freshen up and find a cool place to relax by the pool whilst waiting for our room to become available. They also did their best to ensure an earlier check in even though the resort was fully booked.
The massage was also excellent!
I have nothing to complain about this resort. it is very nice and clean. it is located exactly in the center of Koh Samui where the restaurants and nightlife are unmissable. The food at the resort is exceptional and delicious. The staff is very friendly, caring and always there to make you feel even more comfortable
Great hotel but a little weird as it all seems to be squashed together. A wonderful resort nevertheless but I wished it was more spread out and spacey. The breakfast also a little odd and small for the amount of customers. However, would stay again and recommend to others in Koh Samui staying.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Everything is on walking distance like Central Mall, Chaweng beach, clubs, Market etc. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting KOH SAMUI.
This property was extremely well kept and clean. ALL the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We had the most amazing SPA experience and hands down the best massage I have ever had.highly recommend this resort.
best part about the hotel was J. J was fantastic he couldn’t of done more for us. he genuinely made our hotel and make holiday whilst we were in Koh Samui.
having said that.. the rest of the team weren’t that best English was it was difficult.
Highly recommend Als resort was upgraded from standard to deluxe no extra cost staff or so friendly and accommodating room is very clean and spacious swimming pools are amazing and it’s on the beach everything you need for a great holiday
The resort is quite beautiful, the beach is great and not crowded. Breakfast selection is good with something for everyone. The staff is what made the resort special, so friendly and attentive.
Beautiful resort. Very unique and designed like a real authentic village. We loved the staff, service was great - Cheva who worked at the restaurant was the best!
