Perfect location right by main beach, the rooms are perfectly designed and I loved the rooftop pool area. We stayed in the cheapest room (no view) but didn’t feel like we missed out too much, the design was perfect, bed really comfortable and rooftop view made up for no bedroom view. Would book to stay here again for sure.

Loved the quietness and the sounds of nature.
They still advertise a rainforest walk. I was told that it has been closed for about 7 years.
Very disappointed in the dinner I ordered. Ordered the ravioli. Tasted very nice BUT I nearly cried when I saw the tiny portion I received - 8 pieces, not much bigger than an inch square. I paid $38 for THAT ???
I honestly wouldn't recommend the restaurant there to anyone, unless they have lots of money.

When i visited Yamba is was hammering down with rain which i guess is unusual. It made my short stay a bit bland as the beach was off and the town was very wet. However, i noticed two very busy restaurants, a nice little collection of shops and takeaways. a few drinking holes etc. Id say when the sun is shining it looks a 100% more appealing. Im told the surfing is great but not my thing. wortha visit if youre a surfer or just travelling up the coast. lots of waterways, pelicand, wildlife. Its just off the highway so easy access and when youre there you feel like youre in the middle of nowhere so that works! Worth a trip for 2-4 days in my opinion.

Lovely place to spend a week or more for a summer holiday. Local restaurants are varied and offer good quality food and service. Yamba is the most delightful place, I would live there if I could. Everything is so convenient. Restaurants are great, and I very rarely come home without a new pair of shoes - the shoe shop is excellent.

I only stayed overnight on my way from QLD to VIC so didn't get to see much of the town. It seemed like a nice little seaside town though and would have loved to be able to stay longer to explore it.
