How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

There were some large groups that kind of took over the kitchen.
It was a beautiful place, great facilities, lovely owner, would definitely recommend.

Everything was great. I thought it was a little overpriced. It was Passover so that might be the reason. 2600 NIS for two nights and no food included seems high to me.

The location is a little far removed from day to day life but I think that is the charm, to get away from everything and really enjoy this dislocated paradise; it was a welcome retreat for us.
From start to finish this was one of the finer Booking.com experiences I've had. The host was very communicative and helpful, the facility was clean and every amenity was provided for maximum comfort. I will definitely be keeping their information for future visits.

Amazing host Omri and Shmulik - who assisted us on the phone a few times to get to the place with no issues, who gave us the local recommendations where to eat & visit, who checked in once for an often if we need anything. We felt like a home there. The facility is very well-thought, Omri and Shmulik put a lot of effort to build the entire place equipped with what we actually need in a stay (e.g. electricity, towels, super comfy bed, very unique and clean bathroom, private patio zone for each tent, and a powerful AC!) but yet being able to experience the "camping" elements (e.g. of course the tent, pool, BBQ set, wooden benches, pulm trees and perfect view to kineret). The kitchen and outdoor areas are shared with other guests (there are 4 tents altogether) - so you will be sitting with other families/couples/friends, sharing the common space, and having some lovely interactions and making new friends, which is a great experience you don't get in a hotel. Lastly, I want to mention the Sky Glamping Boutique is located in a small moshav called Ramot - sit right above the Sea of Galilee. You can overview half of the lake and witness the most beautiful sunset so if you are booking a restaurant for dinner, pick a time after the sunset so you won't miss out! The moshav also has a top-level butcher place called Moshbutz (for getting yourself excellent piece of steak to bbq at glaming) and a fascinating breakfast place called Habikta (for a lazy late morning), both highly recommended!

Can't think of anything!
The owners are very friendly and the place is 10 on 10 on point. We enjoyed it so much that we and our little ones were content with staying at the property for the entire trip.

Above expectations. Absolutely stunning, quiet location. The 5-star outdoor kitchen is fully equipped, everything is thought through to the smallest detail and well kept. The tents are beautifully designed and furnished with super comfy double beds. Exceptionally clean and beautiful bathrooms. Wonderful friendly hosts!

Modern facilities with rustic/camping characteristics in an extremely relaxing and quant village in Ramot. It’s a family run business and the owners Omri and his lovely wife made us feel so welcomed by inviting us to DIY pizza in the communal bbq area, my husband and I had an incredible time chatting with them and some locals from the area. You could really feel the energy of the place and the hospitality was superb. We’ll definitely be back to this beautiful accommodation on our next trip to Israel. Thank you again.
