The description wasn't clear that this is a big house with no less than 11 rooms. Each room is rented to a different family, the owner and the grandma live there too, and you share the facility with all of them. There is a strong smell of cigarettes all over the house.

Good air-conditioning in the room. The pool is great. There is a nice BBQ spot, and a big dining table near the pool.

It's just that the pool is too cold. Maybe because we swam in the evening... I expected the water to be hot because it's 24/7 open for everyone.

The room is clean..the place is quiet because it's far from the centre but recommended for someone who wants to relax..the owner is very, very kind and hospitable.i can tell,somehow i came back to this place again.😊

Pretty basic, almost no bath supplies. But again, a good value for money.

Big room. Strong air conditioner. Quiet surroundings. Stayed in room 9, which was quite isolated from the rest of the villa and had a separate entrance.

We felt we weren't welcome to the guest house. Other guest kept loud noise after 22.00. The wifi worked really slowly at the room - it work better in the common area but 1 time I was browsing internet and had turn a light fro above this table which was separated from kitchen there came this cleaning lady and even she clearly saw me she shut the light off and I had to move to sit to small kitchen table where another guest rambled all the time when I would wanted sit more side, but like I said we felt so unwelcome that I felt I was't allowed the sit on the other table and keep the light on for that while I was playing with my phone.

Parking is an issue. One should use street parking in a close street and pay by the meter. parking is not allowed at the property street. Location is not great and requires a car, but we knew that ahead.

Excellent value for the money. we had 2 room for a 2+3 family, each with a kitchenette and a full bathroom, and it was very comfortable. the outdoor pool is great, and the facilities are excellent.

There wasn't any shampoo or soap there wasn't no Netflix or Disney+ and it was awfully hard to change the channels.

It is easy to get to, it has a heated swimming pool, shared kitchen and also a small kitchen in your bedroom. The price/value ratio is really good and we overall enjoyed our stay.

A very quiet place is accessible by city buses both from the airport and from other places. 15 minutes on foot to the nearest beach. Very helpful hosts. The rooms are clean. Each has a kettle, microwave and fridge. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen with all the appliances for cooking. Swimming pool, deckchairs, tables and chairs in the closed courtyard. If we go on vacation in Eilat again, it's only in this place.

Beautiful place, very friendly owners, I was even able to get into my room a little earlier. Great facilities for making your own food, there was even the option of using food that was provided if you left a little tip. I didn't use the swimming pool, but other people did and it looked great. There was a mezuzzah at the door as well. Loved it!

Distance to the beach is reasonable for the adults. For my 3yo kid it was OK to go down the hill to reach it, but too hard to climb up back. We used bus service to get back, but had to change bus on the way, so it took quite long. Also, that route is not served during Shabbat. Wi-Fi was good overall, but the signal in the room was very poor. Noisy fridge in the room (but there's another one in the main kitchen, so I guess you could just switch the first one off). No shampoo.

Friendly hosts. Nice yard for relax with a pool, which you can use 24/7. Well equipped kitchen. Calm neighborhood. Just in front of the bus station. 500 m from the small store, which also works during Shabbat. Closest beach (Dekel) is quite big and nice, with a bar serving tasty food. Some furniture is a bit old, but it's clean, so wouldn't consider it a con as the price was good compared to other offers. Very comfortable bed!

Quite small room, not so clean everywhere around (the yard, kitchen and so on). Room is very simple, so if you have plans and need room only to spend the night it would be a good choise.

Walking distance to city center and the bus station. Very good price. Nice, seems like small holliday rooms.
