The location was satisfactory, being conveniently close to the center of activities. However, the pool was unavailable due to ongoing renovations. On the upside, the room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. As a result, the pool and several amenities were unavailable. Additionally, guests have reported that the hotel is overpriced, with numerous hidden fees. Some of these hidden fees include a complimentary breakfast for only one person per room, as well as an additional $30 charge per day for parking.

Clean updated and the beds were exceptionally soft and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and easy to work with and handled a fridge issue swiftly. Will be coming back for work and vacations again

the check in had attitude and not friendly , the light gets in the room from windows and from front door, the train every hour hoot it horn every time it leave the station hourly. The taxi drive said it was a bad area don't walk down the street for food order in it was not safe area. I booked this because of the rate of 8.5 and was disappointed in what we got but I don't know how it has such a high rating as i have had a lower rating and better facilities. There was no Breakfast or anywhere to get some when you don't have a car as we arrived by Taxi 10pm.

Pillows were lumpy and smelled, the turn down blanket had strands of hair in it. Coffee pot had an old moldy pouch of coffee, very musty room.

Bugs all over the wall that kept swarming the lamp in the room, smelt of weed even though it was a non smoking room. The staff was cold and off putting. The door of room 222 won’t even shut properly, it’s still cracked open, just had to slam it and lock it and it at least kept it from swinging open.
