The staff were awesome, lovely people, very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were much bigger than i expected, and it was very close to 2 different subway station which made it very easy to get around. The atmosphere of the place is homely, unique, and filled with personal touches that make it feel special and lived in, very unlike your average impersonal hotel

I loved everything! The staff were so pleasant and nice even helped me bring my suitcase upstairs. The beds were so comfortable and a lot of room for a single hostel bed. I had the best view of the river and the bathroom was super clean. Also the subway stations are only a 5 minute walk.

The hotel is incredibly easy to access from Shin-Osaka Station. It has a lovely layout & the room was very clean for a business type hotel. The beds are always comfortable with APA!

We booked the kabuki room which was AMAZING! Such a cool and unique design. The facilities were great, location was fantastic, and soundproofing was also excellent.

The laundromat was expensive and it took forever to dry, but that’s kind of expected.

I stayed at APA HoIel Narita for 5 straight nights. The sixth night I stayed at a different hotel in Tokyo. Then I returned to APA Hotel Narita for 3 more nights. I booked a one night stay and at a different time booked a back to back 2 night stay for a total of a consecutive 3 night stay. Every day check-in is 3 pm. Check out for the first night was at 10 am. They programmed their in-room television to warn guests of a 1000 yen overstay or late check-out fine. When I payed for the first night, they said to come to the front desk the next morning to get a new key card. so that's what I did at about 10:05 am. Then they asked me to pay for the next 2 nights and I said my credit card was in my room. So, I go back to my room to gather a few things on my way out and suddenly the phone rings with the front desk demanding I bring my credit card down for immediate payment. In my most polite Japanese I asked them to please wait... "shoushou O'machi site kudasai." As I was grabbing my hat on the way down to the front desk, the phone rings again within 2 minutes demanding payment immediately. I barely had time to flush the toilet when someone pounds on my door again demanding payment immediately. It is now about 10:30 am. Keep in mind that check-in for my 2-night stay is not until 3 pm that same day. Dear reader, do you think that was exemplary of a typical hotel innkeepers' hospitality? Why did APA Hotel Narita not give me a grace period of even 1 hour to pay for the second back-to-back reservation when check-in was not until 3 pm? Wow! Talk about hard-up for money... I thought the APA chain was going bankrupt or something... I will gladly pay a little more for a room at a different hotel next time. APA Hotel Narita and probably the whole chain of APA hotels are definitely not friendly. As a matter of fact, they seemed to take pleasure is causing me stress and harassing me. I do not recommend APA Hotel whatsoever!
