Amazing design and comfort. We were afraid of humidity or dampness due to the grotto, but the air quality was perfect, air was fresh and comfortable. The design and the quality of the renovation is flawless and the place is amazing, actually much better than the pictures would let you believe. Location is prime, close to great restaurants and all the sights.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Excellent Italian breakfast and proper daily housekeeping. The location and view from the terrace and pool are breathtaking. There are possibilities for dinner in consultation with the staff. Dinner was good value for money. The appartment offered plenty of storage space, comfortable mattresses and a fridge.

Minor downsides were the uncomfortable pillows and poorly functioning air conditioning. The latter could be uncomfortable at high temperatures in summer. Keep in mind that you absolutely need a car for exploring this region!

I thought this was a hotel at the airport, but apparently there are no hotels at the airport. This is room in a building near the airport. The room was exactly as pictured. Nice beds and bathroom. Perfect for a quick stay before flying out. The airport is about a 15 minute walk.

3rd floor room in a building with narrow staircase and no elevator. This made it difficult to get luggage in and out.

Its a very nice hotel; the best part is the location. It is 5 minutes away from santa maría novella train station so it is very easy to get there and to reach every corner of Florence. The rooms are a little bit old but it is part of the experience.

The breakfast was a great addition and it was served in a small restaurant located next to the B&B. the location of the stay is excellent, as it minutes from the Roma Termini station. The host was lovely who made sure our stay was comfortable.
