Everything. This is our second last night in Spain stay in 2 years. The hotel shuttle was able to pick us up at airport before we checked in after we dropped off rental car. Only 10 minutes away. We were promptly dropped off the next morning at our terminal. The breakfast is the best we have ever enjoyed, anywhere! The selection is truly impressive and international. We enjoyed dinner the night we stayed as well and appreciated the personal attention from Mario, the dining room manager in selecting some Madrid vermouth to finish our meal. The entire staff were most attentive and accommodating.

We liked everything! The property is located in a busy business area near major highways and a bit removed from Madrid attractions or we would have stayed there our entire Madrid stay. ( Metro stop is 15 minute walk )

Joanma, the host, waited for us, even helped us unloading and guided us to the parking spot (plus assisted us to the -5th floor for the designated parking spot. Later he explained the detail about sevilla. Very much appreciated.

just the duplex is 2 stories and both rooms are on the 2nd floor; and we came with my mother, she has walking problem. But Juanma efficiently prepared the sofa bed for her. and the sofa bed is big and pretty compy. Other than that, the unit is superb.

It might be a negative point for someone that it is 20 mins away on the bus from the city center. But busses are frequent so we didn't have any issues.

The room wasn't clean as my new socks got dirty by just walking for like 5 mins. The curtains and sheets were dirty. I know it is at a low price but cleaning is a basic necessity. If they fix this, it can be much better

The room bathroom doesn't have ventilation or humidity release. We had to deal with the humidity in the room and got sinus congestion all the time and days after.
