Booked through a third party. When I got to the hotel, my booking wasn't confirmed...eo I had to call them to let them know I had already booked and paid for the room... So only then, hey sent the confirmation to the hotel...

It is a nice hotel across street from the beach and right next to the mall but the neighborhood is getting old. It is time to have a retrofit not just at the hotel but around Gonzaga in general

Disappointed because they overbooked the hotel and neglected guest that use booking to make the reservation. The facilities are old and the bathroom uncomfortable with a tiny shower space for an adult to get a decent shower. If you travel to work you need to know that the internet is bad and didn’t function in higher levels of the hotel (9 and 10 level). And they don’t care about it.

Everything; it’s dirty, bed not prepared, bunkbeds are old and noisy. The mattress is so uncomfortable and the fan is so noisy, I didn’t sleep the whole night. It’s far from the city center. The staff doesn’t speak English. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to come to check me in. It’s a very old house which is falling apart. The wifi didn’t work and it was so stinky, I had to stuff paper in my nose to bear the smell. YOU SLEEP BETTER IN THE STREETS OF RIO!
