The location suited us perfectly, close to the restaurants along Darling Harbour, train station and shops. Breakfast was especially good with a wide variety of food.

Clean and quiet, good location for attending a show at the RNA. Faulty light was promptly attended to. Paid parking was convenient and easy to access.

Fans in rooms are hard to get to work. The lift in building was broken but we had been informed of this be arriving was just a pain to carry everything. Unit could use another Aircon in the 2 room.

No transport to the hotel. Had to walk negotiating traffic with my luggage. No signage at the hotel for the entrance. Called reception and response was very poor. Checkout was equally terrible. Staff have no idea what they're doing. Rooms were uncomfortable, no toiletries. There was no assistance to carry my luggage to my room which ws up 3 levels and miles away from the lift.
