The location is just perfect. Down the elevator and you are literally in the Dubai Mall. The apartment is spacious, and tasteful and gets plenty of natural light. Although the furniture is few years old, it is well kept and top tier italian brands. One of the highlights was the adjustable Tempur bed in the master bedroom. The master bathroom a spacious vanity table has ( I think) replaced the bathtub but there is a large walk in shower.

Whilst the host staff were superpleasnt and helpful, we found the reception staff of the building not very friendly.

The location is very nice; I use to make it a point to visit Mercure Jabal Hafeet at least once a year. The property is good, and the view is amazing. However, the service is quite poor, especially the room service whose you should call them many times to deliver what you want, also breakfast which has limited variety and lack of freshness, especially concerning the bread items

The ventilation inside the apartment is not good, no windows can be opened for example or the ventilation in the path rooms are weak. The location was far from most events, even though it is near the metro station, but the metro is usually crowded and you have to walk for long distances. In addition using taxes is ao pricy in Dubai. It will be Ok if you rent a car. Finally, our apartment had no carpet in the living room, and that makes the apartment so cold. I asked the front desk that we need a carpet, they say you have to change the apartment, while there are some apartments have carpets, but that was the solution for them. I believe the apartment needs some carpets to be more comfortable.
