The towels and the wardrobe were so fluffy and the mattress, pillows and the linening were perfect! I felt wonderful during my 10 nights accomodation in room no.220. Located in Fes, the Palais is beside the Fez Borj shopping centre and it has an outdoor pool with a snack bar and panoramic views of the Jbel Zallagh Hill and the Old Medina. simply perfect.....Spa was special, the manager of the Spa is a real professional one. Great service indeed.
