El The Sanchaya goza de una ubicación frente a la playa en la hermosa isla de Bintan y brinda escapadas de lujo con zona de playa privada y pileta al aire libre pintoresca. Es muy difícil seleccionar que fue lo que más me gustó, tratándose de un lugar excepcional como es The Sanchaya. Desde la llegada a la terminal del ferry hasta el regreso, el trato fue exquisito. Las instalaciones son fantásticas: limpieza extraordinaria, decoración milimetrada con todo tipo de detalles. Piscina inmensa entre palmeras. Margífica sala de lectura. La comida es muy buena: el desayuno es servido a la carta, lo cual es un placer inmenso. La presentación, calidad y originalidad de la carta para la cena es increíble.

El Roka Resort se encuentra en Berakit y ofrece restaurante, pileta al aire libre, bar y jardín. También cuenta con zona de playa privada y terraza. We can honestly say this resort has to be the most relaxed place we have ever been . We were instantly made to feel at home , there was nothing that was any trouble for Iwan and his staff. What beautiful people. A very environment green resort. Designed excellently with local and collected pieces of furniture.The very spacious bungalows were immaculate providing toiletries and even insect repellent. Gorgeous views of beach and pool set in well kept gardens. The restaurant served healthy but substantial food that would match any Michelin starred menu. The grounds were subtly lit on an evening that gave it the romantic, relaxed atmosphere. I booked a massage, the best massage I have ever had. Free kayaks and paddle boards provided as well as beach towels and even a beach bag to use. The rescued dogs and cats took our hearts. All living so happily and well looked after. Chika (dog) and gypsy(cat) are a special 2 little friends we miss so much. On my birthday Iwan and his beautiful wife Sophie had dinner with us and the staff got me a special cake. Even the staff that were having a day off came to sing happy birthday. This is the sort of friendly thing that makes Roka so special. Broke our hearts to leave because this resort treat you as family not as guests. We will be definitely going back as soon as we can. Missing Sophie's baby monkeys, so cute and entertaining. This lady has the kindest heart.

El The Kelong Trikora Resort ofrece alojamiento de 3 estrellas en Kangkakawal, frente a la playa, y cuenta con restaurante, pileta al aire libre y jardín. We love Kelong Trikora! It's an amazing place, my husband (Indian Singaporean) and I (German) spent 4 days there over Chinese New Year. The team there, especially Linda and Eric, set a new standard to customer service! They are so deeply caring for each guest, it's touching. When it rained they placed an umbrella outside of every villa, so that guest wouldn't get wet on their way to dinner, when we wanted to go on a trip and the hotel driver was unavailable Linda called several taxi companies and in the end offered to drive us with the staff car, even when the fan did not immediately work three people showed up and got it fixed within 10mins. Kelong Trikora is a very quiet resort with a beautiful pool and 10 separate huts. The cuisine is out of this world, even though the menu is a bit limited (focus on Indonesian and Chinese), so many of the dishes were simply the best (can recommend the fish curry, the sotong bakar, the kailan and kangkong and as daily special chicken satay, each main about 180K, veggies 75-90K). It takes about an hour from the ferry terminal Bandar Bintan Telani (Lagoi) and from the resort we went to the blue lakes and sand dunes (1hr drive, absolutely worth it!). We tried the restaurants in the two resorts next to this and got utterly disappointed, food was horrible and the service even worse, so we would next time just stick to the resort kitchen. All the staff is very nice and chitchatty if you're open to it, but not forcing conversations upon anybody. For my husband's birthday I asked them to please help me get a chocolate cake and they got a super cute beautiful cake for me. The only thing to keep in mind is that you're dependant on the hotel's transport (so plan a bit in advance and let them know) and that during low tide the water draws back about 1km, so not really for swimming in the sea, but the pool is amazing and the whole area is covered in nice fluffy green grass, so nice to walk around barefoot.

El Madu Tiga Beach & Resort se encuentra en Tanjung Pinang y ofrece restaurante, pileta al aire libre, bar y conexión wifi gratis. El alojamiento ofrece entretenimiento nocturno y room service. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved using the kayaks to enjoy the water and enjoyed the beaches, karaoke, and breakfast. The bungalows we stayed at were clean and air condition worked great. Overall we had a great experience.

El Trikora Beach Club está situado a unos 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad de Tanjung Pinang y ofrece alojamiento ecológico frente al mar, conexión wifi gratis en las zonas comunes y estacionamiento... We liked that it was so far from anywhere. We wanted a relax away from it all & we were very happy with that.

Amazing experience! From the free shuttle from the BBT terminal, the welcome coconut milk drinks, the warm smiles of all the staff, the room cleanliness and ocean + sunrise view, the food, and the common areas with bean bags and hammock everywhere. It was a very chill and relaxing 3D2N and we love every single bit of our experiences. Definitely recommend to our friends!
