The hostess was gracious,polite, and welcoming. I thought I took the wrong turn so she came in the snow to find me. I had some very noisy room neighbors, and she solved the problem. We visited in February during off season, so we were the only guest in the hotel and maybe even in the whole area which was so peaceful. Room was great, host super kind (doesnt speak English but that was not needed). We even got coffee offered in the morning during check-out.
