From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like valued guests, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and we were given an upgrade a spacious suite. The breakfast was first class with a great choice of everything you could with for. The location was perfect as we were attending a family wedding at Pembroke lodge in Richmond park a short distance away.

Great location , I travelled by car and took my road bike , biked around Richmond park early Friday morning fantastic. Good food thought the main dishes were a bit expensive but it’s Richmond. Third time I’ve visited for 2/3 days at a time and I’ll definitely go back. Rachel the front of house manager is amazingly helpful.
