In a quiet residential area, not far from the sea, the charming little guest house Pool House is located in a little suburb of Palma de Mallorca. With a living room with panoramic views of the sea, a kitchenette equipped with everything you need, a bedroom and a bathroom, the light-flooded vacation flat is the perfect hideaway for a couple to enjoy a romantic get-away. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, heating (additional fee per day), fans (additional fee per day) and an extra bed (additional fee per day). A washing machine and a dryer are also at your disposal (both for an additional fee per usage). Parking is available on the street. The Mediterranean garden shaded by palm trees has a 32-m² pool and covered terrace with seating area and a stunning sea view and provides for relaxing holidays. The holiday home has a private entrance and is located next to the summer house of the landlords who are happy to answer all your questions and to give you tips for excursions. Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés as well as the bay Cala Major can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop (bus 46) from where you can go to Palma and the beach is directly on your doorstep. The pool is shared with a maximum of 3 other people.
