Lovely, comfortable relaxing quiet place to stay. The annexe is done out beautifully, exceptionally clean, with all the creature comforts. If you want to stay near the coast without the hassle of hotel check in/out's, NCP carparks or on street parking etc, i would choose here everytime. We will definitely be returning again. It really is a little gem of a place for a peaceful stay.

The location was fine. A fifteen minutes bus ride to Brighton center. If you are taking the bus, ask for a Saver ticket. Tickets slightly less than a return but allows you unlimited travel on any bus of the same company.

Host was very kind in letting us check in early after a red eye flight. Great value for the area, nice to have a garden to sit in, relatively spacious, pub across the street but not noisy, Tesco just over the road is very convenient. also close to many other shops and nice cafes.
