To start, the staff were amazing, made me very relaxed and comfortable, i wish i could remember names to thank them all here!, when checking in i was allowed to the room at 11:50am, something i did not expect at all.. the Hotel's location is super amazing, its 200m away from HARRODS and 200m away fro the HYDE PARK!

With its own Mediterranean restaurant and just a minute’s walk from South Kensington Underground Station, The Ampersand is a cosmopolitan hotel set in a large Victorian building. The location couldn’t be any better, just steps from the South Kensington tube. The staff and accommodations were exceptional. I would highly recommend, and if we ever find ourselves in London again - we will stay there again.

The reception staff greeted us with genuine warmth and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The room was very luxury and clean! We truly felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting London!
