Great location, 5-7 minutes walking distance to 94 bus and 2 underground stations, safe and quit area. Helpful staff. Very clean rooms, with impecable linen and good service every day. We stayed in the family room. Even it was lower ground floor, we had big window, that was opening, and even the view was to some electrical spaces, they were looking ok and in the morning we were seeing also the sun shining. Having 2 big bathrooms was the reason for us to choose this room. The sound isolation was very good, almost no noise all the 4 nights. The cold breakfast was ok, many options compared to we eat at home, anyway! I would have liked more meat items, only. The breakfast area with terrace is very nice. And having all day long the possibility to take coffee products and water, for free, from the machines in the breakfast area is something very good - including latte machiato and hot chocolate, energizing for the breaks we did in the afternoons.

The staff were incredible, the receptionist, Manar, Robin, Sam and Veronica were family to us, we felt home away from home, incredible down to earth people who would do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

Hotell Phoenix asub ainult 500 meetri kaugusel Bayswateri ja Queensway metroojaamadest ning 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel Hyde Parkist. Everything for me is super. The Room was good The Location is fantastic The breakfast is worth every penny I'd love to stay there anytime I come back to London. Phoenyx Hotel should be recommended.

The staff were very communicative prior to my stay and helped to make the weekend very special for my partners birthday. The staff were very warm and welcoming on arriving to check in at the hotel. They went above and beyond to support us during our stay and we’re very attentive.

Second time staying here, and I just love it! the rooms are so spacious. It has a relaxing atmosphere. The bath products are amazing. I love the whole vibe and the staff is SO friendly. It is perfectly located next to a lot of transportation whilst still being in a quiet location.

The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, and the facilities were top-notch with a daily cleaning service. Additionally, the hotel's location is superb, being very close to Hyde Park and Paddington station. Highly recommend!
