Amazing loft, very spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s very difficult to find properties in London for this price, and definitely not in central London. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to central London and it is a great choice for accommodation if you are looking to visit London. Balham is a very pretty place with lots of coffee shops and supermarkets. Andy is amazing and was very helpful with any questions or requests that we had, he even ordered some EU wall plug adaptors for us. The place also has great WiFi. The beds are very comfortable too. Would definitely recommend choosing this place.

Lovely large house a short walk from the centre of Balham. Four double rooms all with comfortable beds, and two well appointed bathrooms. Well equipped with all the facilities we needed for a large group including large kitchen/diner, washer, dryer, good wi-fi and a large lounge. The communication with the agent managing the property was quick and easy. We needed street parking for a couple of days and the agent was able to arrange a permit.

The overground train ran right by the apartment but it was not loud--even with the window open at night. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and far better than a hotel. Modern kitchen. Safe family friendly building.

The hosts were very accessible and kept in contact with us. Key collection was very easy. The property had everything we needed for our stay and was in the perfect location in a residential area in Balham. Shops and restaurants and bus and tube station 3 minutes walk to the High Street. We were 10 minutes walk from our daughter and her family. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay in this property again on our next trip to see our children !
